Fort Mill – Mrs. Peggy Louise Cunnup Hoover, 86, of 1791 Zoar Road, died Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, at Grandview Memorial Park – Cherry Road with the Rev. Marilyn Smith officiating.

Mrs. Hoover was born in Charlotte, NC, and was a daughter of the late Clyde McElwain Cunnup and Ruby Lee Plyler Cunnup. She was the widow of Richard Query Hoover.

Surviving are two sons, Richard Wayne Hoover (Debbie) and Robert Eugene Hoover (Brenda); two daughters, Beverly H. Rodgers (Jim) and Deborah H. Sorrow; one sister, Patricia Ruth Patterson; 7 grandchildren, Melanie Hoover, Kyle Hoover, Amanda Wall (David), Jeremy Hoover, Erin Wilson (Travis), Will Bennett and Brad Sorrow; and 6 great-grandchildren, Danielle Whitlow, Brycen Wall, Christopher Wall, Madison Wall, Cameron Bennett, and Zoe Leonhardt.. She was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Dean Blackwelder.

The family will receive friends 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday at Fort Mill Funeral Home.
